Better Performance Through Pre-compression: Our pre-compression chamber starts building density before making a bale flake to reduce plunger load, lower HP requirements and increase baling capacity.
Pick Your Field Clean: Enhanced pick-up cross augers provide additional pick-up capacity, particularly in large windrows and uneven crops.
Fork It Through: A new packer fork with revised spacing significantly increases feeder capacity in a wide range of crops and conditions

2-Tie Baler Comparison Features

Robust Flywheel: The 1842S is fitted with a 22% heavier flywheel in comparison to the 1840 model, transferring energy into the bale flake thus creating a denser bale.
Heavy-Duty Gearbox: Engineered to cope with more power and high loads, the 1842S features a heavy-duty gearbox resulting in superior dependability and reliability.
Crop Feeding: With its tapered design, the 1842S feeding chute provides 37% faster pickup turns. The 1842S chute is 83% wider than the 1840 model allowing for greater capacity and unhindered crop flow.
Heavy-Duty Plunger Counter Balance: Available on the 1842S, the new heavy-duty plunger counter balance provides increased rotating mass which transfers energy to flake and results in smoother tractor and baler operation all while reducing power requirements and fuel consumption.
High Capacity Dual Feeding Forks: Like the 1844 model, the 1842S offers a high capacity feeding system with dual rows of stuffer forks which transfers the increased crop flow to the bale chamber, increasing throughput.
Heavy-Duty Knotters: The 1842S features Rasspe knotters, offering superb dependability with great flexibility across many different types of twine.
